Beijing, January 29, 2018 – OSK helped Mercedes-Benz with the Signing Ceremony for CSR Strategic Partnership between Mercedes-Benz Star Fund and the Palace Museum, as well as the Media New Year Reception event in the same day.
The signing ceremony successfully communicated to the media that Mercedes-Benz and the Palace Museum started a long-term public strategic partnership through a speech from the president of the Palace Museum, and statements from executives from Mercedes-Benz, with visualizations as support.
After the signing ceremony, to celebrate the upcoming spring festival with the media, OSK assisted Mercedes-Benz in expressing its gratitude to the media for the past year, and its hopes for the next year through creative activities and a warm and harmonious luncheon.
Activities were held to present Chinese folk culture – through the paper-cuts, calligraphy, and clay figurines, to create a festive atmosphere for the upcoming year. Welcome and opening videos also included the meaning of winter to spring, time changes, and festival greetings and to look forward to the future. The tone of the executives’ speeches was also consistent with the style of the event, bringing warmth to media guests. OSK set up the venue to make it very warm and comfortable, invited the guests to sit together at the round table for lunch, celebrating the Spring Festival as well as the birthday of Mercedes-Benz.
From the concept to content, graphic and motion design, architecture and coordination, OSK made great efforts to contribute to this meaningful event.
